Warm Tips
1. Make sure you open up the filter and take the plastic off, else wise no water will go through the filtered sink filter water faucet.
2. The display on our faucet water filter only works when switched to the filtered water mode.
3. The diameter of the faucet must be between 19.5mm-23.5mm;
4. Determine the type of faucet you are using and choose the appropriate adapter,
5. The water pressure of the faucet must be between 1.0kgf/cm² (10 meters of water column/100 kPa) and 4.0kgf/cm² (40 meters of water column/400 kPa). lf the water purifier is used outside this water pressure range, The filtered water flow will be very low, or the water purifier may be damaged.
6. The filter element contains activated carbon. Before using the new filter element, there will be a small amount of black powder, which is normal;
7. When using it for the first time, or when it has not been used for more than 2 days, please let the water flow in the water purifier setting for 60 seconds before use;
8. Do not let the water purifier freeze. lt is not suitable if the temperature is below5℃.
